The Mission
Nibakure Community Village supports vulnerable youth and adults in Kanazi, Rwanda, helping families build a sustainable community and stronger future.
The Challenge
Donor engagement had dropped due to messaging confusion and shifts in government policy that changed how orphanages operate. NCV was also evolving from an orphanage into a broader community empowerment model and needed a clearer story to match its new chapter.
Our Focus
We rebuilt NCV’s narrative and digital presence to reconnect with donors and spark renewed support. This included a new website to tell their story with clarity and an email campaign to fund the return of their kindergarten class.

The Mission
“Radio Muévelo” is a bilingual show carefully curated to showcase the most exciting and cutting-edge music from Latin American artists on the rise and the culture around it.
The Challenge
Grow Muévelo’s Chicago listenership by showing up in the cultural spaces where music lovers already gather. This included aligning with key moments, expanding into streaming radio shows to meet listeners beyond the dance floor.

Marketing Goals
To increase awareness and discovery of new music with artists utilizing digital and radio platforms.
Impact
Monthly FM broadcasts and digital platform uploads expanded our signal to an estimated 2.3 million listeners, plus 500,000 daily highway commuters, with 30–50K tuning in each hour.
